Tell us what you need collected.

The more specific you are about sources and fields, the more useful our first reply will be. Scoping costs nothing and ends with a real sample from your own sources.

After you hit send

What actually happens to your message.

  1. 1
    A person reads it
Not a queue. One of the four of us.
  2. 2
We reply in a business day
Usually with questions about your sources.
  3. 3
    We look before quoting
The sources get assessed, then you get a number.

Tell us about your dataset

The more detail you give, the more precise the sample and quote we can send back.

We'll only use these details to reply about your enquiry.

Direct

Rather just email?

Skip the form entirely. A short message with your source list is all we need to get started.

Where we are

Based in Pakistan, delivering to teams worldwide

We work asynchronously with clients across time zones, and schedule calls to suit yours.

Useful to include

What makes a first message useful

  • The sites you want data from, URLs are ideal
  • The fields that matter, and any you'd consider optional
  • How often you need it refreshed
  • Where it should land: S3, a warehouse, an endpoint, a file
  • Anything you've already tried, and how it broke

Don't have all of it? Send what you have. Half the value of scoping is working the rest out together.

What happens next.

01

We read it ourselves

Your message goes to the people who'd build the pipeline, not a shared inbox that gets triaged. Expect a reply within one business day.

02

We ask about the sources

Usually a short back-and-forth to pin down which sites, which fields, and how often. This is where most of the useful thinking happens.

03

You get a schema and a sample

A proposed schema plus real records extracted from your actual sources, so you're judging the data, not a description of it.

04

Then a fixed quote

A price for the work as scoped. No retainer to reach this point, and no obligation afterwards.

Common questions

Before you get in touch

Within one business day, usually sooner. If your enquiry needs research before we can answer properly, we'll say so rather than going quiet on you.

No. Plenty of enquiries start with the outcome ('we need to know when competitors change prices') rather than a field list. Describe the problem and we'll work backwards to a schema.

Yes, and quickly. Some sources can't be collected reliably, and some fields aren't consistently available. You'll hear that during scoping, not after you've committed.

None. Feasibility assessment, schema proposal, and the sample all happen before any commitment. If we're not the right fit, you've lost a conversation and nothing else.

Yes. We collect publicly accessible data. We won't work around authentication to take data that isn't public, collect personal data without a lawful basis, or take on sources where we can't deliver reliably. If your request falls into any of those, we'll say so directly.
