- Transmitting or facilitating the transmission of any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
- Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract content from the Site without prior written consent
- Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
We reserve the right to suspend or deny access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any conduct we determine to be in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) is the property of Pyronets or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
The Pyronets name, logo, and service marks are trademarks of Pyronets. Nothing on this Site should be construed as granting any license to use any trademark without the express written permission of Pyronets.
4. Services and Commercial Terms
Information about our services on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer. Any engagement for web data services is subject to a separate written services agreement, executed by both parties, which will govern all commercial terms including scope, pricing, delivery, and liability.
Requests submitted via the contact form or other channels on this Site represent an expression of interest only and do not create any contractual obligation on either party.
5. Disclaimers and Warranties
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pyronets disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pyronets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
