Send a brief. Get a real sample back.

This is the whole procedure. It costs nothing, ends with genuine records extracted from your own sources, and carries no obligation, so you can judge the data before you judge the price.

Agreed before we code

The schema is signed off first. Then extraction gets written.

  • fieldname and type
  • unitcurrency, timezone, measure
  • null policywhat an absent value means
  • keywhat makes a row unique
How it works
The procedure

Six stages, two of them yours.

Published in full so you know exactly what happens after you hit send, and how long each part takes.

01Your move

You send the brief

Three short steps: which sources, what should land, and where to reply. Partial answers are fine: the sources matter most, the rest we work out together.

5 minutes

02Ours

We read it and come back

A real reply from one of us, not an autoresponder. Usually a couple of questions to pin down the edges of what you need.

Within 1 business day

03Ours

Feasibility assessment

We look at every source and report honestly on each: straightforward, difficult, or not something we'd take on. You get that in writing, including the ones we'd advise against.

2–3 working days

04Ours

Schema + real sample

A proposed schema with types, units, and null policy per field, plus genuine records extracted from your own sources so you can judge the data, not a description of it.

With the assessment

05Ours

Fixed quote

A price for the work exactly as scoped. It arrives alongside the sample so you can weigh cost and quality together.

Same delivery

06Your move

You decide

Nothing has cost you anything to this point and there is no obligation. If you go ahead, the first pipeline run follows the agreed schema.

No deadline from us

Which sources?

The single most useful thing you can tell us. Paste URLs if you have them, one per line is fine.

If you're unsure what's technically possible, describe the outcome and we'll work backwards to a schema.

Scoping is free and there's no obligation afterwards. We only use these details to reply.

What we need

Only two things are required.

  • The sourcesREQUIREDURLs are ideal. A description works if you're still scoping.
  • A reply addressREQUIREDWhere the sample and feasibility notes should go.
  • The fields that matterEven a rough list. We'll propose the rest.
  • CadenceHow fresh the data needs to be.
  • Delivery targetWhere it should land in your stack.
  • What you've already triedEspecially how it broke. Genuinely useful.
Rather just email?

Skip the form entirely. A short message with your source list is enough to get started.

Before you send it

Things we'll tell you straight.

Sources we'd turn down

Some sites can't be collected reliably, and some fields aren't consistently present. You hear that during assessment rather than after an invoice.

Work we won't take

Anything behind someone else's login, and personal data without a lawful basis. No exceptions, regardless of budget.

When to build it yourself

If collection is core to what you sell, owning it is often the right call. We'll say so rather than talk you out of it.
